Utavi enables several dual-sided marketplaces on its platform. One one side, an investment index is formed around a group of private businesses. On the other side, accredited and institutional investors can purchase portions of these indices.

Businesses are grouped based on a certain theme, such as geography or market vertical.

There are two types of user accounts — businesses register as Issuers, while investors register as Investors.

Every transaction on the platform adheres strictly to financial regulations.
