Very good app. It's open source, so you can host it yourself. But works very well if you don't, too. It allows you to control exercices, weights, sets, reps. It graphs your progress and you can look at the graphs for free, unlike many apps put there. It also has built in calories counters, diet plan builder, measurement and bodyweight trackers. Again, it makes graphs out of everything, so it's easier to visually understand how you're progressing. I have been using daily, 10/10.
