Scam alert – stay away! I paid for two rides on GetTransfer. The first driver never showed up, no warning, nothing. In desperation, I booked another ride—this driver told me last minute he’d be over an hour late. I missed an important appointment and had to take an emergency taxi. They charged me for both rides without delivering any service. No support, no refund, no accountability. Avoid this app at all costs. Use Uber, Bolt—anything else. GetTransfer will take your money and leave you .
