I like the idea of supporting professional taxi drivers, who have been losing business to ride-sharing apps. However, on my first try using this app, it kept searching for drivers until it eventually reached my needed pickup time and then just kind of said, 'sorry'. Money was refunded, so no complaint about that, but then I was left with no ride, having wasted time waiting for the app to fail at finding a driver. So, until it is more reliable, I won't be using it again.

Royal pita when you aren't from the country and it's telling you to meet up at a spot but you can't tell where, and you can't zoom in on the map to see anything ever because it rubberbands back to a zoomed out view, super frustrating. Please sell yourself to Uber and do everyone a favor. Doesn't even have car color.

great if you're worried about getting ripped off, cause they'll do it for you. example: Freenow, 22 dollars from colosseum to Vatican. on you own, jump in cab, make sure the take credit cards, make sure they have the fare set at 3 euros or whatever and don't believe them if they say it's a surcharge or erase the fare as they get there and stay 49 euros or whatever. 80 % of the cabbys are very honest. lastly, make sure if you use this app, they don't ask to charge you again! it's your money!
