The race doesn't start automatically, I open the app and the race doesn't start, it says on the screen that it will start automatically, I left it like that but to no avail. What's the problem?

premium acount, its working 1 hour after that its stayng blocked and its not starting. no compensation for the rest of the trips that i make. bust servers or idk what is the probleme but its repeating every day. i am not paying 10 euro for 1 hour and spending the rest of the day trying to Connect again.
