We've added a new way to navigate your schedule! Focus on your weekly workouts one day at a time, and use the calendar strip to see the plan for each day. Use the icon in the top right to switch modes between the day/week calendar strip and week list views.
Athletes and coaches can now message each other directly in the mobile app.
There's plenty of fixes and UI improvements as well... and more to come!
