By combining data from services you already use, we can help you understand what makes you more happy, productive, and active.

Bring your activity from your phone or fitness tracker, and add other services like your calendar for greater context on what you're up to.

While the app is free, Exist for Android requires a PAID Exist account. You can sign up at https://exist.io. We recommend you check out the site and decide if you'd like to sign up before downloading the app. Go take a look!

Use our Android app to track whatever you like using custom tags and manual tracking. Add tags to each day to represent things like events, people you were with, and pain and illness symptoms. Create your own numeric data points for things like quantities, durations, and even use a 1-9 scale for things like your energy and stress levels. Rate your mood nightly with optional reminders. We'll find relationships in your data to tell you what activities and habits go together, and what makes you happier. Use it to understand symptom triggers, what affects your sleep, and what factors contribute to a productive day.
