Fittest Fire is a workout logging app where you get points every you time you log an exercise. These points can be used in the Fittest Fire Game to level up and unlock new abilities. For strength exercises, points are based off weight and reps. For cardio exercises, points are based off time and distance.
If you are not interested in games, you can use the Fittest Fire app as a pure workout tracker. Just click Get Points on the Exercise screen to back up all of your exercise data to the Fittest Fire servers. That means if you ever lose or reset your phone, your fitness data will be backed up and secured.
The Fittest Fire app allows you to copy previous workouts and easily see the history of past exercises. Every time you set a personal record, you will receive a star next to that exercise. The app also contains a calendar with both monthly and daily views.
Each time you workout, you should push yourself just a bit harder. Increase your reps by 1, add 5 pounds, reduce your 5k time by 10 seconds, etc. Fittest Fire is here to help you on your fitness journey!
