For us, training became the pathway to freedom while incarcerated—one that broke down the walls that once confined us. In our gym, you'll find a refuge from daily distractions. Through state of the art facilities, we only provide classes that align with our core beliefs. Come and build resilience through our Strength and Conditioning, fight limiting beliefs with Boxing and enhance your capabilities through our Recovery.
