Take out the guesswork in working out your fuel needed for races! Race Fuel Calculator is designed to quickly calculate the amount of fuel required for a race, along with how much fuel to add at the pitstop if needed. It will show you total laps, including the final lap after the time runs out. The results are updated dynamically as you input your data, without need for a submit button.

From a spreadsheet created by HankBizzle, the Race Fuel Calculator was born. Joe Blow modified the calculations taken from the original spreadsheet to round up to always include the final lap of the race. The jQuery data spinner updates the calculations in real time.

>The 'Fuel Per Lap' is now accurate to 3 decimal places.

>The 'Race Length' is now in hours and minutes, so it's a lot quicker to work out if you are entering something like a 3 hour race or longer.

>The 'Average Lap Time' is now displayed in minutes and seconds, so should make it quicker to work out your fuel.
