The movers inventory gets finished on the tailgate, not at midnight at the office.
You walk the house, tap in what you see, mark the damage already on it, photograph that damage, and the customer signs before a single strap comes off the truck. At the other end you walk the same list back off. Everything here aims at one expensive minute: when somebody says the gouge in the dresser top was not there this morning.
TAP THE ROOM, NOT THE KEYBOARD
Open a room and its preset grid opens with it. One tap puts the item on the list; the next bumps the count. Living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and garage ship with the app; basement, office, patio and storage are one tap away. Hands full? Hold the talk bar and say "dresser, scratched top" - item and exception both land, recogniser running on the phone.
THE CODES YOUR PAPERWORK ALREADY USES
S scratched. D dented. CH chipped. W water stained. G gouged. BR broken. M marred. R rubbed. SO soiled. T torn. L loose. MI missing. PBO packed by owner. CP carrier packed. Choose a code, tap the face it belongs on - top, front, left, right, back, bottom - and the mark prints in that code's colour. Add your own, hide what you never use, and the PDF legend follows.
EVERY PHOTO SURVIVES TWICE
The raw frame hits the disk before anything else happens to it, so a dropped phone on the stairs still leaves you the picture. A second copy carries the time, place and job burned into the pixels, and that copy is hashed with SHA-256. Chat apps scrub EXIF; a stamp in the image does not care.
A CODE ON EVERY BOX
Print the QR label sheet, or push it over Bluetooth to a 58 mm ESC/POS thermal printer in the cab. At delivery, scan boxes as they come off. Anything unscanned stays pinned to the top until you scan it or call it missing, and missing boxes print on the report.
SIGNED BOTH ENDS, THEN FROZEN
The customer signs at pickup and again at delivery, under a signing statement you wrote, time and location beside it. When a job locks there is no unlock screen anywhere in this app. A signed record you can still edit is not a record.
THE CLAIM, BOTH HALVES
The delivery check sets the pickup photo of an item beside the delivery photo of the same item, each stamped, and lists in red every exception first noted at delivery. The house itself is photographed too - doorframes, stair walls, floors - before and after carry-in.
INVOICE OUT OF THE SAME JOB
Hours, crew size, stair carry, long carry, piano or safe handling, packing materials, tax and money already paid, added up from figures you typed. Nothing proposes a rate or puts a number on damage. Amounts print in US or Canadian dollars, pounds, or Australian dollars.
WHAT LEAVES THE PHONE
- Condition report PDF: rooms, items, exception chips, photos, signatures
- Bill of lading PDF: shipper, consignee, addresses, declared value, terms
- Invoice PDF, QR label sheet, CSV of jobs, items, exceptions, boxes
- A job ZIP with PDF, photos and JSON, or one file that opens the job on a crew mate's phone
BUILT FOR A BASEMENT WITH NO BARS
No account, no invite code, no portal, no server. List, photos, signatures and PDFs are all made on this handset, and anything that could not send waits in a queue. Overnight on the charger, every job, photo and signature is packed into an archive encrypted with a key held in this phone's keystore.
WHY THE LIST GOES IN BEFORE THE RAMP
An inventory is the descriptive list of the goods showing the number and condition of each article. On interstate household goods moves the federal rules want it made at or before loading, where the shipper can watch, and signed by both sides.
WHO RUNS IT
Owner-operators, two and three truck outfits, specialty crews on pianos, safes and gym equipment. Apartment and walk-up work, labour-only jobs, office relocations, single-item runs, packing days that need the PBO line.

Weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Price and billing period show before you buy.
