Bu ilova haqida

Tracy is an application builder for workflow management. In other words, it’s a way to get a tool tailored to your team’s needs without significant programming costs.

Instead of numerous Excel sheets and messenger threads, it offers a unified workspace for your projects, tasks, requests, orders, clients, and more, with an intuitive interface, search functionality, and notifications.


By using Tracy, you will have:

1. A database for your projects, tasks, requests, orders, clients, etc., with neatly structured data and customizable access configuration for each field.

2. Complete control over the workflow. No need to call and ask, “What stage is the project at?”, “When is our next presentation?”, “Have we ordered printer cartridges?”. All information is available in real-time.

3. The ability to plan work considering the current workload of your team. Scheduling a client meeting or setting deadlines for their order becomes easier with up-to-date information on other meetings, orders, and the team’s work schedule.

4. Tools to analyze team efficiency at every stage. For instance, you can track how long, on average, it takes different managers to conduct a product demonstration and how this correlates with the signing of agreements.

5. A way to unify processes and minimize human error. Instead of constantly reminding a technician to take before-and-after photos and then obtain a client’s signature, you only need to set these requirements once.

6. A personalized app for each team member. Orders can contain any information, but chefs only need to know what and when to prepare (Kanban board on a big screen), and delivery persons need to know what, where, and when to deliver (list on the phone and notifications).

How does it work?

Suppose you are conducting interviews and need to organize this process.

1. You define the information you want to store about each candidate. Name, phone number, date of birth, salary level, resume file, your impressions—Tracy offers more than 20 field types to choose from.

2. Specify the statuses candidates can have, such as “New”, “Awaiting Interview”, “Passed First Stage”, “Passed Second Stage”, “Probation Period”, “Hired”, “Rejected” etc.

3. Choose how you prefer to work with candidates. For example, it’s easier to assess the current situation on a Kanban board and schedule interviews using a calendar or Gantt chart. You can use multiple options simultaneously.

4. Grant access to your team members for each field based on their roles and the candidate’s status. For instance, you can hide the results of the first interview stage until the person has passed the second stage to make the selection less biased.

You can add other workflows or change the settings of existing ones at any time.
