This was exactly what my mind and body was wanting. I was already eating healthy and doing excersizes but I struggled with my ailments doing it on my own. This app had changed the way I take care of myself for the better. I've already told people about it. Highly recommend 👌

The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive in helping you succeed. They offer great advice when you have struggles or issues with planning an exercise routines.

This opened my eyes to eating the right foods, in the right amount, and at the right time. This has made a big difference in my effort to loose weight and hope lower my A1c. I know the division of Carbohydrates and the best time to eat them. I like that the foods I eat are those I usually buy at my grocery store. I have access to my coach's weekly knowledge meetings and email advising me on how well my meal plans choices meet the plan and my objectives. There sharing from other participants too.
