Scan orders directly in the app to accurately reflect your actual lead times instead of relying on information from carrier scans. Your advertised shipping speed directly impacts your conversion rates.

Sometimes carrier scans are delayed – use the app to mark orders as “ready for pickup” or “shipped” right away. This helps reduce discrepancies between when you actually handed over the order, and when the carrier reported picking it up.
