I feel Wayfair had no business ethics and customer retention policy. I ordered an item by seeing it in stock. After two days received email item is out of stock and will be delayed by 4 days. Called customer care and came to know that item is actually going to be delayed by 1.5 months... felt cheated and wasted my time..would have gone to near by shopping area to buy it.
The push notifications are unbelievably annoying without any proper settings to change them to your liking.
For some reason the system won't let me order anything online,have to call my order in big hassle 😠
I am really pleased with purchases. Relatively new to site, but I plan on using it more and more.
I like Wayfair
I don't like the mobile app because you can't process returns. I always have to call to get a return label and finding the # to call is equally frustrating. Also, I don't like that the prices for items fluctuates up and down. Why is that? I see it one day at one price then the next day the price is higher. If I really like the item I have to wait to see if the price is going to come back down. That's not cool! Customer service reps are great!
