unfortunately, I had many issues with the app. it glitches when processing the order with afterpay. the screen stays processing for several minutes, and eventually, the order does not go through. However , they do charge my card, and then I spend a lot of time with the customer service chat option. One of the times they actually left me waiting for a while without a response. I am not sure if I will keep ordering from this company after the issues I've had recently.

Jes, we just released an updated version of the app that should fix the problems that you've reported. Please go to the Google Play Store and install the update or simply uninstall, then reinstall the app.

I've been having a lot of issues with the app lately and reading some of the latest reviews, I am not alone. Clicking on an ad for a particular item on Facebook or Google, does not bring up that particular item in the Wayfair App, instead, it only brings up the home screen. Another issue I am having that others also seem to be having is that most of the pictures will not load. Hopefully Wayfair can do something about it soon.
