I used to find using this app enjoyable. You can use the filter tools and view the items in whatever order you prefer (newest to oldest, low to high, etc). I like being able to save my favorite items into folders. I can still do all that, as long as I am fine with having to log in every single time I try to do any of those things. I can't even just sign-in with my password everytime. I have to be emailed or texted with a code. It is just too much trouble.

Updating this one year later. App continues to bog down. The longer I shop the slower it gets until it finally freezes up and stop working altogether. Clearing the cache, deleting and re-downloading doesn't help. Please fix! Crashes a LOT! I finally found exactly the rug I wanted and the app crashed on me. Haven't been able to find it since. Very frustrating experience. I have cleared the cache, checked for updates, restarted the phone, etc. It works for about 5 or 10 minutes and crashes again.

I purchased a 2 ton engine crane hoist. I thought the deal was amazing since it only cost $79. But I figured a lot of people shop on here for good deals so I was excited about my purchase. I received a package in the mail for the wrong item. They sent me an engine support.Seemed to be good quality but not what I needed. Long story short Wayfair doesn't want to honor my purchase and canceled my order. Bad business in my opinion. They also lied about it being on back order to back out frommyorder
