I used to find using this app enjoyable. You can use the filter tools and view the items in whatever order you prefer (newest to oldest, low to high, etc). I like being able to save my favorite items into folders. I can still do all that, as long as I am fine with having to log in every single time I try to do any of those things. I can't even just sign-in with my password everytime. I have to be emailed or texted with a code. It is just too much trouble.

Updating this one year later. App continues to bog down. The longer I shop the slower it gets until it finally freezes up and stop working altogether. Clearing the cache, deleting and re-downloading doesn't help. Please fix! Crashes a LOT! I finally found exactly the rug I wanted and the app crashed on me. Haven't been able to find it since. Very frustrating experience. I have cleared the cache, checked for updates, restarted the phone, etc. It works for about 5 or 10 minutes and crashes again.

Overall, we've had a good experience with Wayfair, with a couple exceptions. The quality of the products, including the precision of manufacturing (which is important for assembly) is good. Selection is reasonable and the variety of pricing is good. Usually no problems with the shipping, but that's on the shipper. When there are, Wayfair offers discounts. Customer service is good. The most glaring defect is their IT sign-in and verification on their 📱 app. It's awful. Once you're in, it's okay.
