You would also be able to access the built-in one-to-one chat feature to have all of your questions addressed on the go.
If you're serious about reaching your goals, let me tailor a workout that is up to your speed and challenges you to become stronger than yesterday. My training program dives deep into your health as we will discuss behaviors, mindsets, and how to be more self-aware of your daily habits. App integrates with Fitbit to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
App also uses Fitbit to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if a Fitbit Watch is used along.
Workout metrics are shared with the trainer to better design your workout schedule.
