RStore is an e-commerce aggregator platform. RStore helps existing e-commerce platforms (e.g Robishop, BDTickets) to come under one umbrella and to connect with people who don't have access to internet and sell products to them. Most people in Bangladesh do not have access to technology, but they do have access to physical retail shops near their homes. These retail shop owners have access to the internet and smart devices. These retailers, which we call agents, have to go through a rigorous registration process to get on board in RStore. After passing multi-layer approval, they are able to login to RStore dashboard. In the dashboard, they can see available e-commerce websites (partners). When an agent clicks on a certain partner, he is taken to that partner’s website and is logged in automatically using Single Sign-on. He purchases products on behalf of his customers on partner’s website. When an order is successfully placed, it will be reflected on the RStore dashboard automatically.

Retailers get some benefits by buying products through RStore. There are some set commissions for retailers which they receive monthly based on successful transactions. Separate commission rules can be set too based on partners, products, etc. Monthly targets can be set for retailers. Retailers will get incentives based on his achievement.

Partners are on boarded by registering them in the RStore dashboard. They integrate single sign-on at their end using specific configurations provided by RStore. They are also provided with an app token. When an order is created/updated at their end, they can call RStore’s api using that app token to send over the updates to the RStore dashboard.
