This app is completely useless. It has wasted my 30 taka, and another offer wasted my 20 taka. So I will give this app a rating of - 5 star. I purchased an unlimited MB offer for 1 day at 20 taka, but it is not working. Then, while checking the issue, the app automatically took a 30 taka loan and used it to purchase 400 MB. These problems have happened to me.

I am a customer from Bangladesh. Robi’s network service is extremely poor and frustrating. The internet connection is very unstable, slow, and unreliable. I constantly face network issues, which makes it very difficult to use mobile data properly. This level of service is unacceptable from a major telecom company. I strongly request Robi to improve their network quality and provide better service to customers.

The app itself is perfectly fine even has more useful things than other sim operator apps. but the prices of the data packs are worst. Once there was a rule by government that every data packs must have validity at least for 3 days. i really miss this rule. 1 gb for 2 hour at 28 tk. 2 hoursss?does that even make sense?
