I borrowed 48 Taka to purchase a 100-minute pack. When the repayment option for 51 Taka appeared, I made the payment via bKash; however, instead of the transaction completing properly, I was given 100 SMS instead. This was not my mistake but a technical error on your part, and I want my money back. I was try to contact Their agent via bot but they didn’t have any option to chat with agent

I purchased an internet pack using my card, but although the payment was deducted, I did not receive the internet pack. I purchased the 8 GB (30-day) pack for 146 BDT from the My Offer section. I'm also finding the new app experience difficult to use. There are too many options crowded onto a single screen, which makes it feel overwhelming. Additionally, transactions seem to fail without any clear reason, which is frustrating.

Can't update profile pic on Google Pixel 7. The 'OK' and 'Cancel' button on top doesn't work for me. Update: Uninstall/Reinstall and Light/Dark mode has the same issue. I suspect it's related to Google Pixel (?!?). Adding more stars as support responded my concern fast. I understand not all phones might work flawlessly.
