I usually rate apps 5 stars. However, the prices of Super Deal packs, internet, and minute bundles are too expensive for an ordinary student to afford 😔. I wish Robi would introduce student-exclusive offers with more affordable prices, available upon verification with a student ID card. I believe many students would benefit from and choose Robi if such affordable student packages were introduced.

I borrowed 48 Taka to purchase a 100-minute pack. When the repayment option for 51 Taka appeared, I made the payment via bKash; however, instead of the transaction completing properly, I was given 100 SMS instead. This was not my mistake but a technical error on your part, and I want my money back. I was try to contact Their agent via bot but they didn’t have any option to chat with agent

I purchased an internet pack using my card, but although the payment was deducted, I did not receive the internet pack. I purchased the 8 GB (30-day) pack for 146 BDT from the My Offer section. I'm also finding the new app experience difficult to use. There are too many options crowded onto a single screen, which makes it feel overwhelming. Additionally, transactions seem to fail without any clear reason, which is frustrating.
