This app is completely useless. It has wasted my 30 taka, and another offer wasted my 20 taka. So I will give this app a rating of - 5 star. I purchased an unlimited MB offer for 1 day at 20 taka, but it is not working. Then, while checking the issue, the app automatically took a 30 taka loan and used it to purchase 400 MB. These problems have happened to me. Rabi is a useless SIM; choosing it is the biggest mistake Iâve ever made in my life. My SIM suddenly got deactivated.

I am a customer from Bangladesh. Robiâs network service is extremely poor and frustrating. The internet connection is very unstable, slow, and unreliable. I constantly face network issues, which makes it very difficult to use mobile data properly. This level of service is unacceptable from a major telecom company. I strongly request Robi to improve their network quality and provide better service to customers.

Showing offer in my offer tab but can not purchase. Showing "Congratulations, request is processing" Sometimes it needs to keep more balance than required amount otherwise, can not purchase the package.
