This app is a scam. I had a previous loan of 71.88৳. If you have a loan like this, as soon as you open the app, a recharge notification comes up with an automatic 'Repay' button.When I clicked 'Repay' and recharged to pay off my loan, instead of paying the loan, it automatically bought me some other internet pack.Then, when I tried to manually recharge 72৳ again, it forced some other SMS bundle on me.🫤🫤🫤

The so-called offers on the My Robi app are not real offers at all — in simple words, the prices are sky-high 😤 What you can get at a lower price from other operators costs much more here. Whenever they say “data offer,” it feels like a rip-off — fewer MBs at a higher price! It doesn’t seem like customer benefit is the priority; it feels like the only goal is to take more money. Calling this an “offer” is misleading — it wouldn’t be wrong to call it a scam package. 💸🤦‍♂️

I purchased the 99tk world cup plan on my robi expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience with Full HD streaming and minimal buffering. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The video quality was often very low, and the stream buffered every 10 seconds, making it almost impossible to enjoy the match. I paid for a premium service expecting better performance, but the experience was even worse than many free third-party streaming websites. I want refund.
