I love boom Beach. I've been playing this game for several years now and overall it's a really fun game. It's like clash of clans but with a twist. It's fairly easy to get started, you pretty much attack other islands to save the tribes and level up. My only issue is that they only let you upgrade 1 building at a time and the resources become insanely costly over time.

Despite what you've heard about Boom Beach being "just a worse version of Clash of Clans," it is a great game. What I enjoy about this game is the simple but engaging tactics and initiative mechanics. The graphics and gameplay are simple and smooth. I wish they would add some more depth to Boom Beach, (as I would with all Clash Games) and maybe make troop formations (which actually matter in this game) customizable, and maybe a trade aspect.

As much as I used to love this game, having a new account and starting over it really makes me sad to see how slow progression is. You're looking at 3 days just to get things started. Basically click on one thing, upgrade.. come back in a day or so. They really don't want you to play this. This would be better than Clash of clans if they fixed the pacing. Also I would be more willing to make a purchase on something I was enjoying rather than being punished for not swiping right away.

The Bunker can hold troops which will fire from inside the Bunker.
When the Bunker is destroyed, your troops exit to continue the fight.

Maximum upgrade levels for most buildings and troops have been raised.

Prototype parts can be converted in the upgraded Weapons Lab.

Numerous bug fixes and improvements.
