Voice Recorder is a simple yet powerful application for recording anything you need, its simple and beautifully designed user interface makes it easy and fun to record. Voice Recorder lets you record important conversations, lectures, short voice reminders and anything you can think of. You can sync all your recordings to Google Drive very easily using your Google account or to Dropbox. Notes can be added to each recording and recordings can be shared in many ways such as email, Bluetooth, SMS and more.

Amazingly long lasting. I can start a recording, and it can run for 2 to 10 hours. It competes with the microphone. Incoming/outgoing calls get only half the conversation. Playback quality is very good. It doesn't pick up distant noises or voices very well which is the fault of the microphone. It works completely in the background and undetected to a third party. It runs while the phone is in sleep mode. It doesn't make those beeping noise to alert a third party. Overall a quality product.

I have had this app for many years, at least 4, and now I'm having all kinds of issues. 1) Does not record parties on the line; I have gone to every part of the settings to find the issue, and I can't fix it. 2) Volume does not stay to the level I put it at to record, so in playback, no conversation is being recorded 2) No support.

It shows that it's recording but if you minimize it or use anything that requires use of the mic like recording videos then you lose the recording all together. At minimum it should stop recording or simply no sound. The option to auto save to the cloud is there but never had success with it, i always manually download to drive. Please fix because it used to be a wonderful app.
