The "Hits Variation" section of the application was designed after a thorough study of different well known athletes in compact sports (boxing, kickboxing, and different martial arts).
At the beginning of the training, transition from normal to "Hits Training" the neuromuscular system will need some time to adapt with the new training system. After adaptation happened you will notice that the training will become more enjoyable and easier.
When you feel comfortable is time to change level.
