入金时很方便，出金就只有银行SWIFT CODE 转账。 联系客服解释也没有真正解决我的问题。 其他平台出金都没有指定只有一个方式，对平台很失望。

我在悉尼，用澳洲信用卡以美元扣款（该卡没有汇率转换费，按美元入比较划算）入金1000美金。2天赚了30.82美金后被锁，不能交易和出入金。联系客服，期间找在线客服催了1次，总共3天后才来电话（悉尼02座机，女性中国口音的英文）回应，说需要验证入金卡片和人脸。邮件里明确写着如不按时验证，资金全没收。上传后又核验了2天才解锁。赶紧把余额中1030.81美金提现。发现原本信用卡原路返回美金和paypal这2种方式已经消失，只能通过swift汇款，且只能选澳洲银行，没有美国银行选项。结果nab到账才1454.44澳币（实际入金1502.57。盘赚30.82美金，实亏48.13澳币）。而且详情显示从ANZ转来的。就是澳洲境内转账。要不是我住的离他们悉尼office近，就1公里，实在不行可以走过去维权。估计提现都难。 结论，开户简单，只需提供税号，入金可信用卡，秒到账。容易被封，不能及时核验身份会被吞钱。出金慢，汇率损失太大。如你不住在他们监管国，慎玩。因为资金安全性是头等大事，所以app给1星。客服不服可以电话联系我，以上称述完全属实，随时奉陪

界面友好度和操作简便性都好，而且复制社交交易很不错。问题是网络极其不稳定，动不动就崩溃，要么不能交易，要么图标全部失效。这两个月已经好几次了，昨晚也是。是请不起好点儿的IT工程师吗？fee也不低了，希望把稳定性做的更好点。时间就是金钱啊 网络要时刻畅通
