Ratings and reviews

I had a very unpleasant experience. Based on the information provided, I was supposed to receive a reward of IDR 450,000. However, a few months after it was credited, the reward was taken back without any notification or clear explanation. I am extremely disappointed. I would advise other customers to be cautious, as it seems that funds can be withdrawn from your account without prior notice or proper clarification.

I had to install the app as you cannot complete the verification process online. I could do this fine for other brokers. Functionality is more or less the same, which is good. From my pov, the graphics don't work as they should. If I select D1, I want the graphic for a day, not for multiple months... Finding and filtering ETFs is not that easy. Used an external service for this. Also many instruments don't show market depth. If I want to put a stop order, I cannot see where the market sits ATM.

BEWARE - Cash ISA. You can't transfer in. They don't provide monthly statements in the app. App also doesn't list the promo rate so it's not confirmed what you're earning. Info not included in any initial correspondence. Customer service AI bot will waste your time directing you around the app for 20mins before conceding the info you're requesting isn't available. Who designs apps like this? It's a joke. anything to get your money. Not bothered if it's poor UX. Transferring money out ASAP
