Ratings and reviews

Lost 5000$ because the app do not give you alarms that the card is not verified. When i got my margin to 60% I tried to make transfer, error 5000Euro limit reach ... the card is not verified. I made 2 pictures to verify the card. Then you try to verify a card it block the all other cards. The verification took hours. By then margin reach 50%, automatic selling and I lost 5000$. This is a bad app and bad services.

The app has significant performance issues during market meltdowns (high tick volumes). It does not load charts and positions instantly, you have to wait several mins till the chart screen loads or refreshes on every change like timeframe. Execution of orders becomes non responsive or performs with delays. App is not suitable for fast intraday trading.

Really bad verification experience. It's been more than 3 days now and still the team is trying to verify. If you guys wanted some additional document you should have asked it in the app. Expecting me to send a mail... I cannot do anything in the app without the verification.
