I can't use data with phone. So the live traffic is not working. This problem keep coming up. This time even reinstalled app, it is not worked...also i tryed factory reset. And not connecting to wifi as well. This is second tomtom i have. Not like the first one baned with 3g network. So i buy second one. "Update" after 3 time reset. And 3 time reinstalled app. It back to work. And i petty sure this going to happening after a few weeks.

Recently I can't connect traffic data and my cloud to my TomTom with Bluetooth. That has ever not happened before. I have tried everything but didn't work. I can only use WiFi to connect traffic and cloud to TomTom. How can I deal with this?

Hi there, thanks for your input. Can you try clearing the app's cache and data? If there's no improvement, uninstall MyDrive, reboot your phone, reinstall, and make sure to grant all permissions. Click my route, choose the route, then loadng forever.... Need much more improvement. Also a preview route on phone would be highly recommend to add on. TomTom you can do more and dont wait for others to catch you.
