For a freebie its very good, only annoying thing is asks u to press buttons while u are driving if there are still speed cameras in certain placez. Should wait till u have stopped then give u a list. Also when there is a camera the overlay drops to the bottom of the screen, which means u have to look for the button.but otherwise Brilliant warns u when u are speeding, which for me in a Canadian spec car with kph is perfect. But with Android Auto and Apple Carplay, will u be able to use this with them? As at the moment with AA u cant as it takes over the phone?
Good data and alerts, the auto-start with Bluetooth really makes the app. I am unsure how far ahead it looks in terms of data caching to deal with poor signal. Would be good if it used the TomTom Go dataset for those of us who have a full subscription loaded up, but don't run Go every time we get in the car.
Works a treat Easy to use, gives accurate camera locations and allows adding of cameras and to accept if they are still there. Warnings are good and not over the top either. Worth having if you do a lot of driving. Especially in unfamiliar places. Nothing worse than trying to find your way round and you get stung by a hidden gatsby camera!
Great for notifying about speed cameras. Also calculates your average speed through average speed camera traps. I love the lay on top feature so you can run it over the top of your favourite nav app. Please add yellow box junction camera warnings next. Some speed limits are incorrect as well. Should be able to correct / notify incorrect speed limits from within the app
Works really well and the use of mapping data in order to dynamically change the speed limit based on location is fantastic. One Issue: When having the speeding safety warning enabled, it regularly goes off when driving at the speed limit, and let's face it - people drive AT the speed limit. Most people probably get annoyed and just turn this feature off. My suggestion is to add an option for the user to specify an "over limit" alert margin - perhaps limited at say +3 km/hr, to provide a buffer to minimise warnings that in most instances would not result in a speeding fine.
Just lacks some additional features like a screen flash rather than a sound. Some if the measured speed locations on the M6 and M5 locations don't seem to be updated very quickly but better to be safe than sorry I supposed. All in all a top app.
