I bought woolworths mobile and linked to my everyday reward card, in woolworth mobile app “10% off your shop in store ” section, it showed me ready to shop, but when I shopped in store, no discount. I talked to their customer service, they explained I have to wait 45 days in T/Cs, if not ready to shop, why it shows ready to shop in your app, it should be showed pending, I think they are cheating their customers, very disappointed.
