It's a lot easier and cheaper to use Woolworths own delivery app. I found it hard to use the app if you are going off the list. Everything is more expensive than it is in store. I expect to pay for the service of a personal shopper and delivery but not to have each individual grocery item cost a decent amount more. This could be great if you are needing last minute groceries and have no alternative

Pretty good. Had a driver muck up a delivery but the customer service person I contacted via the app was awesome and gave us a $10 off voucher. A lot of prices are a bit more expensive than a bricks and mortar Woolies, but the convenience, the speed of delivery and the fact that you're not charged a delivery fee for the first 3 orders makes it worth it if you're time poor.

I think this app is a blessing and a curse. Love the convenience but also should be leaving the house more. Have only had an item missing once from my order they refunded me for the item. Was back in my acct in 2 days. Between my son and myself we definitely utilise this service. It allows you to store the orders so you can choose from them again next order.
