The idea is awesome getting groceries within an hour to my door is great! I love how easy it is to find products and the bundles are great but... Tracking your order is so bad! I never know if my order is here or not, the drivers have to call because it wont live update, it has taken my driver to the wrong location sometimes even though my address is correct, it will have them deliver it to the middle of queen street - it wont use my precise location. It also constantly freezes all the time.

I find the app very helpful. It will bring up a page of groceries I've ordered previously before I checkout and inevitably there is something there I've forgotten to add to my cart but really need. I've also explored more options because I'm able to browse without distractions. The delivery time is minimal and I very rarely have substitutions, but when I do they are good options.

good app, has pretty much everything you need. they offer a number of discounts-mostly 10% off, along with occasional free delivery. this makes it my go-to shopping app. I save money ordering online without having to jump in the car, do the shopping myself. it's perfect for a busy person like me. There are weekly specials to choose from that you would not get offered in store and of course all the goods come from Woolies. delivery is almost always within 1 hour.
