Ratings and reviews

Not a single one of my orders has been correct. Between missing items, terrible substitutions, and always being late. I hope they add the ability to add shopping instructions for each item like you can while shopping through Countdown or New World, would really help the struggling staff find suitable substitutions since their system is unable to display what is and isn't in stock correctly.

Great app, super easy to use and much cheaper delivery than through the woolworths app. Wait time is lacking, no idea what's causing it it but I would suggest pushing out ETA if there is a high usage at a certain time. I'd much rather my ETA be in 40 minutes time and have it arrive earlier than have a 20 minute ETA and that keep being pushed out because the driver is unable to get to my groceries yet.
