great service. so convenient. have used it more than 5 times now and so far zero issues with app, ordering or delivery. have compared my shop multiple times to ordering straight from Coles, and milk run is only couple $ difference. but the major difference is that I'm getting my groceries delivered in 30 minutes. can't beat that! $5 delivery is cheap and makes this app appealing

seems like a good idea at first then you start noticing that if you compare priced from the store to milkrun they charge a $5 delivery but also add an extra few dollars PER ITEM! In some cases ive caught them out with a $10 mark up on price!!! If you stayed as a delivery service id keep using you all the time but seeing as you turned into scammers i think Ill take my business elsewhere.

They literally use this app to up their prices, its hard on the shopper but never hard on them. Everything is a dollar more or higher, much higher depending on what you get. And don't forget the 7$ delivery fee, it adds up in the end. And I'm pretty sure the uber drivers aren't getting 7$ a delivery.
