great service. so convenient. have used it more than 5 times now and so far zero issues with app, ordering or delivery. have compared my shop multiple times to ordering straight from Coles, and milk run is only couple $ difference. but the major difference is that I'm getting my groceries delivered in 30 minutes. can't beat that! $5 delivery is cheap and makes this app appealing

fast and efficient. wondering how they'll go. I've been with them just over 12 months. made over 80 orders. few mistakes but mainly by the drivers. customer service is great. they used to be really fast. guaranteed under 45 minutes and if it was over they'd send you a voucher which was great. I noticed they no longer do that however and some wait times are longer than that. overall it's a great app. wish they'd calculate weekly discounts better though. some items are to price hungry

So easy to use and to navigate. Shows good deals and specials. Each grocery item checked but downside is the substitute if, for example, a specific food is not available the store choice the next best thing. If running late I got a $5 . Prior to making this review. Not all items from the supermarket are listed and searching for somethig sometimes leads you down the wong aisles. or the subsitute is not what you needed
