Ratings and reviews

The app is good. Delivery is usually about 30mins. My only real issue is when I change the selection from "best match" to "preferred item" (backup) if an item is out of stock, I can't seem to search or choose the item I want as a backup. The app lists a couple of items and these are often not what I want. It would be great if this could be updated so that we can search for items and select the ones we want as an alternative, if the original item is not available. Thanks

The idea is awesome getting groceries within an hour to my door is great! I love how easy it is to find products and the bundles are great but... Tracking your order is so bad! I never know if my order is here or not, the drivers have to call because it wont live update, it has taken my driver to the wrong location sometimes even though my address is correct, it will have them deliver it to the middle of queen street - it wont use my precise location. It also constantly freezes all the time.

This rating is purely due to the ad that said free ice cream no delivery fee but when you get into the app it's 25$ minimum spend I did go back to the ad and in tiny blue hard to see writing it does say 25$ minimum spend but seriously bad advertising claim don't know about the rest of the app but if this is there best to get you to download it then...
