Non authorised third parties top up, might become debt account if seller run away. Bad service from customer service and seller. Top up took long period(40 minutes) Suspicious scam. Save your golden time to reply me. I will directly report to MCMC with the proof. Messaged CS and they decided to close cases without any compensation. See how your teams attitude. Useless CS, no need to reply me. Thanks. Now even cannot open the apps. Scammer

very stupid customer service, double charge my money and tell me to contact payment provider. Hey you are the platform that perform this service dude, you want me to contact payment gateway?
