I booked a 10-hour private transfer on the GetTransfer website, but I canceled the booking on the day because the driver could not meet my request, but the refund was not returned to my bank account, but stayed in my GetTransfer account , the account was not disclosed at the time of booking. In my communication with the GetTransfer support team, they refused to refund the original way, and asked me to only use the money to continue spending on his platform. It is totally an illegal business way.
