Sorry, I don't understand this logic. And I can't agree with it. You built your system. It is not customer's fault if u don't know how to reach ur customer. It is ur responsibility to fix ur mistake, not asking ur customer to do it for u. If ur cs didn't solve the problem, will u continue to sacrifice ur customer's time by asking them to contact this and that? The root cause is that u didn't provide ur service on time. Please do not require others in an attitude that seems everyone owes u.
