爛到靠腰，綁個銀行帳戶花了一下午的時間，剛改完密碼登入要綁又自動登出要我登入，用改完的密碼一直跳密碼錯誤，整天在那裡改密碼、看Email 認證碼還有等那個不知道民國幾年才會跑出來的綁卡介面就飽了，明明用了指紋登入，結果因為覺得太爛所以要關閉帳戶又強制登出，再輸密碼又是密碼錯誤，要不是沒有負分不然我一定按好按滿，給一顆星都嫌多

我在10月使用ekoo軟體交友，該軟體告知退費，刷卡金用Paypl與Visa付費，Visa收到退款；而Paypl卻什麼也沒收到，不是ekoo第三方有問題，就是錢根本被Paypl吃掉了，第三方代儲在我申訴，還騙我取消申訴，就是另一個詐騙開“保證金”，錢已經到110年2月還是沒收到，90000元刷卡；卻被paypl與第三方代儲騙走了，申訴無門，還被公司封鎖不得申訴
