新功能

Added ability to insert new log entry at the top of the Journal (Settings), ability to move a log entry to another position (long press), ability to choose what fragment to start up on (Settings). Bug fixes: Explorer search function, notes not being saved, pressing close on a search bar now closes the keyboard. And other Android housekeeping changes. No database changes.
