Added a new device type Dual Grip Dynamometer with the manual for it.
Require a minimum test time of 1 second for the Force Over Time test.
New "+" and "-" button for the sliders in the settings that increment them by 1.
Include beep when entering and exiting the Force Over Time test threshold.
Added the option to add new patient when entering a name to save a test.
Removed the VertiMetric and Digital Hand Dynamometer from the list of device types.
