Tasker is now supported via plugin interface (when adding action (in Select Action Category dialog) select Plugin - Jelly Bean 4.2 Airplane Mode Helper).
Tasker explicitly detects Android 4.2 and disables native airplane mode options on it (it is not an issue of Jelly Bean 4.2 Airplane Mode Helper).
