😀 YINI KITEKI?

I-Kiteki iwuhlelo olusha olukuvumela ukuthi wenze imisebenzi yasekhaya kanye nemikhuba njengezinselele zesikhathi (ilungele i-ADHD, ubumpumputhe besikhathi kanye ne-neurodiversity ngokuvamile).

Uzokwazi ukuphusha imikhawulo yakho futhi uthuthuke ufike endaweni obungacabangi ukuthi kungenzeka!

Uhlelo lokusebenza lisebenzisa amasu omdlalo ahlakaniphile namasu e-ADHD ukuze likukhuthaze futhi likusize ufinyelele imigomo yakho.

⚙️ Isebenza kanjani?

I-Kiteki ikuvumela ukuthi udale izinselele. Inselele iwumsebenzi onzima noma umkhuba okufanele uwenze njalo.

Ungasebenzisa izinselele ukwenza isimiso sakho sasekuseni, isimiso sakho sakusihlwa, imisebenzi yakho yokuhlanza... konke!

Uma ungeza izinyathelo esimisweni, ungasetha ubude besikhathi esithile sesinyathelo ngasinye noma usishiye singenalutho uma ungazi ukuthi isinyathelo sizothatha isikhathi esingakanani (silungele i-ADHD nobumpumputhe besikhathi!).

Ngemva kokudala inselele, udlala inselele (okungukuthi, wenza umsebenzi wasekhaya noma isimiso) bese uzama ukushaya irekhodi lakho siqu. Isibali sikhathi esibonakalayo sizokugcina ugxile emsebenzini owenziwayo.
