Abasebenzisi bangafaka isisindo sabo nobude ukuze banqume ngokushesha i-BMI yabo. Lokhu kusiza abasebenzisi baqonde lapho bemi khona futhi benze izinqumo ezinolwazi mayelana nendlela yabo yokuphila.
Ngokungeziwe ekubalweni kwe-BMI, uhlelo lokusebenza luhlanganisa isiguquli seyunithi, esivumela abasebenzisi ukuthi bashintshe phakathi kwamayunithi ahlukene ngesisindo (amakhilogremu, amaphawundi) nobude (amasentimitha, izinyawo, namayintshi).
