ISEBENZA KANJANI I-BLOOM?

"Ngiyakuthanda ukuthi ngingakwenza ngesikhathi sami futhi akudingeki ngizizwe ngikhululekile ukukhuluma nomuntu engingamazi ngempilo yami."

UNGAYISEBENZISI I-BLOOM UMA....

I-CBT nezinketho zedijithali ezifana ne-Bloom azifanele wonke umuntu. Uma uhlushwa ukucindezeleka okukhulu noma ukukhathazeka, imfundo ye-Bloom iyodwa ingase ingabi yisinqumo esilungile kuwe. I-Bloom ayikwazi futhi ayixilonga, umhlinzeki wezokwelapha kuphela ongenza lokho. Uma udinga uhlelo lokwelashwa, sicela ufune ukunakekelwa ngaphansi kokugadwa uchwepheshe wezokwelapha. Asiwona umtholampilo, futhi asisona ithuluzi lezokwelapha. Sithemba ukuthi uzothola ukwelashwa okudingayo.


NGINGAYISEBENZISA NINI I-CBT?

I-CBT ingasiza abantu abanokucindezeleka ngokukunikeza amathuluzi okubekela inselele imicabango engemihle futhi uyiqede ngezinqubo zokucabanga ezingokoqobo neziqondile. I-CBT iphinde isetshenziselwe ukusiza izinkinga eziningi ezingokwengqondo.
