New feature: Repetition Ranges
You can now set rep ranges for exercises and invidual sets.
By default rep ranges are displayed in compact mode (toggled via 'Reps'/'RR' button). This can be changed in the 'Workouts' settings where rep ranges can be completely hidden or fully shown as an own column.

Fixed bug related to ORM calculator that lead to crashes on certain user input.
