Ukuphepha Nokusebenza Emsebenzini (K3) sekuyisidingo esibalulekile kuzo zonke izingxenye zomsebenzi zombili emsebenzini noma ekamelweni. I-K3 yimizamo enikezwa abasebenzi njengesiqinisekiso sokuphepha kanye nempilo yabasebenzi ekusebenzeni okufaka ingozi yokulimala kokubili abasebenzi kanye nemvelo yabo yomsebenzi.
Ku-K3 kunesistimu ebizwa ngokuthi i-ergonomics, engahunyushwa ngokuthi isayensi, ubuciko nokusebenzisa ubuchwepheshe ukuvumelanisa noma ukulungisa phakathi kwazo zonke izikhungo ezisetshenziswe kokubili emisebenzini kanye nokuphula zonke amakhono, inkululeko kanye nokulinganiselwa komuntu kokubili ngokomzimba nangokwengqondo ukuze ikhwalithi izuzwe impilo engcono kakhulu.
Omunye umthelela omubi emisebenzini ukuphazanyiswa kwama-Musculosceletal Disorders (MSDs), ngenxa yezidingo zomsebenzi ezidinga abasebenzi ukuba bagxile ekusebenzeni phambi kwesikrini sekhompyutha isikhathi eside endaweni yokuhlala. Umsebenzi owenziwa ngokuphindaphindiwe ungabangela ukukhathala emisipha, ukulimaza izicubu ezibangele ubuhlungu nokukhathazeka. Ekuqaleni kwe-MSD kwakubangela ubuhlungu, ubuhlungu, ukuphazamiseka, ukugubha, ukuvuvukala, ukuqina, ukuthuthumela, ukuphazamiseka kokulala nakho kwakuthanda ukushisa.

2. Emva kwamahora amabili ehlezi esebenza phambi komqapha, yenza umkhuba ukululaza imisipha futhi uhambe ngezinyathelo ezingu-20. Le ndlela ihlose abasebenzi abahlale bebhekene nesimiso sokwelula imisipha enzima nokunciphisa ingozi ye-Musculoskeletal Disorders.
