The aim of this app is to the user to recognise how they feel, and to be able to rationalise the situation by using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques .
The app helps you to measure your emotions which helps you to notice the patterns of your emotions overtime and become aware of the intensity of how you feel.
Another aspect is helping you to become aware of the automatic thoughts that gets triggered when you are angry and having an intense emotional response.
Breathing technique is included to give you the ability to distance yourself from the thoughts and emotions, that will help you to look at the situation from a different perspective and develop more rational responses overtime.
