App was working smoothly before the last update, however after updating its just not working. I have subscribed for IPL matches and not been able to watch a single match after the updation.

Err1414 watching cricket ipl old match on catchup tv channel criclife 1. getting error on screen as " A network error issue occured. Pls check network connection try again. Err 1414" Pls advise and resolve this issue urgently. Fyi, this error does not appear on live match...it works well in live tv...this error is for catchup tv programme, which is recorded to view from last 7days.

Really disappointing.... I subscribed to Switch TV for the T20 World Cup matches, though I appreciate the quality of match and option to have 5 registered devices, I was really disappointed with the app and how it worked. It took a lot of time for it to open up, no chromecast streaming option, lots of buffering and on some devices the match was coming quicker than the others. In between the streaming stops then takes time to open up. Really disappointed, lost my interest. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!
