Very poor experience with the app and support team. I am not receiving the OTP, so I’m unable to log in or use the app. I have contacted support multiple times but only get automated replies, no real help or resolution. Even after sharing my contact number, no one has reached out. This is very frustrating as I’m unable to connect with my family because of this issue. If anyone from the team is reading this, please resolve this problem urgently.

Fix this issue .Some people are misusing GoChat data to add people into groups and scam them. This needs to be addressed. There should be a restriction so that only friends can invite each other into groups, which would help prevent such scams.

For the past two weeks, the application has consistently crashed immediately following the initiation of video calls. This issue occurs without exception. To date, no updates regarding this bug have been provided.
