Terrible customer service! I’ve been dealing with them for over a month, yet my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I constantly have to call for updates since they never respond to my numerous emails. Changing number was not an issue with other apps and I as assisted immediately.

This app operates in the UAE but lacks proper customer support. Even after reporting unauthorized transactions and providing full proof and evidence, I did not receive adequate assistance. Based on my experience, the wallet does not feel secure. I strongly recommend improving customer support and user protection.”

I've tried many times to. Raise a complaint about I can't access my apps since the app asking for code. Since I lost my sim how can you receive an OTP? They're not giving me a good options. All they can say is make a new account . Imagine even they can see in their system that I am a good payer for a long time with 2k auto approve it means i always paid on time. they will not help you at all. I'm just disappointed on you guys.
