I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. The amount was deducted from my Botim/Payby account for the Wi-Fi payment, but it was never received by the provider. Additionally, while attempting to transfer my salary to my home country, an extra amount was deducted without any prior notification. I have sent several emails to customer service, but have received no response. I would strongly advise others against using this app.

Terrible customer service! I’ve been dealing with them for over a month, yet my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I constantly have to call for updates since they never respond to my numerous emails. Changing number was not an issue with other apps and I as assisted immediately.

I used to use other apps but I just sent a transfer on it but in the middle my transfer got paused and I contacted the center person yesterday and sent eight or ten emails. My 14 days have passed but this team has not come up with any solution yet. This is not a good idea. If someone uses this app then they must be crazy. I was also crazy. I advise you all to not use it instead of five or ten fils. Boycott it. It is useless. This app is a little good but its support team is useless. I used it.
