Support is usually very slow and there's no indication or something to warn you of congested networks leading to failed transactions most of the time. I currently have an issue with a transaction yet no response from the support team

The app is very slow... It takes so long before I'm able to login. After logging-in to the app, it just keeps loading. After sometime, it gives a toast notification of Connection request Time-out. I have been experiencing this for days now. Been trying to upload my utility bill to verify my business... Took me so long before it finally went through. Imagine spending 15mins or more before you can perform a transaction?? Worst experience.

I'm crying 😭 for figur bank my 30k is blocked inside my figur I have been chatting with customers support for almost two years and now still they can't be able to unblock it the money they blocked inside is useless because they can't be able to use it without my consent why can't them unblock my account no I updated my app since it never opened again it's written network error please realize my money for me because I still love 💕 figur bank
