Four tabs organize your day
• Overview: see net sales, money in, receivables and expenses, compare performance, review what needs attention and open quick actions.
• Chat: ask Kit AI to help with permitted business records and tasks. Attach receipts or documents, return to conversations and review its guidance before acting.
• Transactions: browse sales, payments and Wallet activity grouped by business day, including shifts that cross midnight.
• More: reach your sales, inventory, accounting, people and workspace tools from one menu.
Find the right record or tool
Search your workspace by name, reference or SKU. Filter items, customers and invoices, or find reports and app shortcuts. Results show useful record details and respect your workspace permissions.
Sales, stock and accounts
Work with estimates, quotes, invoices, customers and suppliers. Manage products, inventory movements, purchases, expenses and payment records. Review accounts, budgets and business reports from your phone or tablet.
People and daily operations
Track attendance, shifts, employees, payroll, projects and time. Review sales, credit sales, voided bills, returns, service staff performance and products sold with shared date and shift filters. Available attendance entries can queue offline and synchronize when you reconnect.
Clear and comfortable to use
Choose light or dark appearance, with readable typography, clear navigation and support for larger text. Review financial figures and reports in layouts that adapt to phones and tablets.
Connected to your workspace
Sign in to a Kit business or your organization's Enterprise workspace. Supported records can remain available with limited connectivity; actions that need current server data require a connection. Access depends on your role, location and permissions.
The app includes a past-notification inbox and delivery controls. Remote push is offered only when Kit's service-side delivery is enabled, your role permits the notification and device permission allows it.
Accounts and plans
New businesses can complete guided registration and phone verification. When a native Google Play plan is configured and available, eligible plans and billing periods can be purchased in the app. Existing businesses can use their linked Google or Kit credentials.
An active subscription is required for protected business statistics and actions. Account access, subscription management and past notifications remain available if a subscription expires. Kit AI is included with eligible plans and Enterprise workspaces. Its guidance is not professional financial, tax or legal advice.
Features vary by plan, role, location, region and server configuration. Internet access is required for registration, sign-in, any available native purchase, synchronization and some actions.
