About this app

AJ Beef Ops is an internal operations tool for AJ Beef drivers and managers. It replaces the paper-and-spreadsheet workflow for recording cattle pickups in the field.

A driver photographs the paper pickup slip, records the head count by type, and submits. The app is built for the realities of rural pickups: it works with no signal. Each slip is saved on the device and uploaded automatically once a connection returns, so nothing is lost between the farm and the office.

Access is limited to authorized AJ Beef staff. A sign-in is required, and there is no public sign-up.

WHAT DRIVERS DO
• Snap a photo of the pickup slip, or attach one from the library
• Enter head counts by gender and breed on a fast, tap-based form
• Add comments or flag a pricing note when needed
• Submit and move straight on to the next slip
• Review the day's slips, color-coded by whether they've synced yet
• Retry, edit, or discard anything that failed to send

FOR MANAGERS
• See every team member's slips in one place, filtered by driver
• Manage the driver roster — add drivers and reset passwords
• Get plain-language alerts when a dairy's pickups fall behind its usual cadence or a driver goes quiet
