About this app
AllWork.ai is the app your employer gives you for work. Open it and your day is there: the shift you are on, the post it is at, the clock, and the people who can help.
What you can do
Clock in and out at your post. The app checks that you are at the site, so your punch is accepted the first time. No signal? Tap anyway. The punch is saved on your phone and sends itself when the signal is back, with the time you tapped it.
See your schedule. This week and the weeks ahead, with the post address, the start time, the break and your supervisor's name. Shift changes reach you as a notification.
Pick up open shifts. Posts you have worked at show their open shifts in the Marketplace. Request one, or bid when a post is offered that way, and see the answer in the app.
Check your pay. The last paycheck, the period you are in, the hours you worked, and every pay stub. Confirm your timeslip each pay period, and raise a question on it without leaving the screen.
Send your daily report. The daily activity report, with photos, from the shift screen. Incident reports the same way. Post orders for the site you are at, always the current version.
Messages. Your supervisor and the operations center, one tap away.
SOS. One button, top right on every screen. It tells the operations center where you are and keeps your position updating while they respond.
Your record. Certifications and when they expire, time off balances and requests, your emergency contact, and the live photo for your company ID.
Who it is for
AllWork.ai is for employees of companies that run their workforce on AllWork.ai. Your employer sets up your account and sends you a link; there is no sign-up in the app. If you do not have a link, ask your supervisor.
Location
AllWork.ai uses your location to confirm you are at your post when you clock in, to find you when you send an SOS, and, around a scheduled shift, to record your arrival at the post for you. The app tells you what it collects before it asks. Location is required to use the app: if you turn it off in your phone's settings, the app signs you out until it is on again, and a supervisor records your time meanwhile.
Languages: English and Spanish, following your phone's setting.
