wow how bad, they have removed the internal chat group so no one can complain about the building amongst the residents as a community. it was the one thing that kept me there as tenant, as it made it feel like a community and that we could talk/discuss issues across the building. the App 's also heavily subsided by adverts/coupons which are of no use. also removed electric and water notifications too and ability to pay through app

Love AP but your Smart World app needs to be revamped asap. Crashed on my phone more than 10 times only in a week and make my phone laggy so bad. Hope tp see the new version soon. I have screenshot of my phone telling me your app is crashed. contact me if you need an evidence.

Not really sure what this app. doea exactly. It seems to be a parcel delivery manager among other things. I selected English language - however, alike so many apps in Thailand this is just the 'wrap around' - therefore all the menus will be in English but after that you will struggle. Despite it being very easy to do - Thailand still hasn't grasped the concept of being fully translated. Therefore, you should leaen to read Thai since there is little chance of this changing anytime soon.
