Rewards are terrible. I used to be able to earn $5 off after every few visits, which really incentivized me to visit a bit more often to make the most out of it. Now I have to spend $500, one point per dollar spent, to get $5 off. The lowest reward is a free soda for 250 points. Wow, okay I have to spend $250 to get a free drink. I asked our server why the change and they seemed confused as to what I was asking. Credit cards have better rewards than this app.

The reward values are not at all consistent with the point cost for each, and there is no point-per-dollar value; I called the Folsom store and was told "it's based on how often you visit." That could not possibly be more arbitrary and vague. I had yet to use the app before this call, and now I don't feel any motivation to do so in the future.

The shake wasn't filled up all the way. Disappointed.
