Bedlock is a bedtime app blocker. You set a bedtime and a wake-up time, and every night Bedlock locks your distracting apps with a full-screen lock until morning. Calls, alarms, maps and payments keep working.
Still scrolling at 1 AM? Bedlock puts your phone to bed, so you can go to sleep.
Pick your bedtime and your wake-up time once. Every night at bedtime, Bedlock puts your apps to sleep with a calm full-screen lock and wakes them again after you wake up. It starts by itself, every night. No button to press at 11 PM.

HOW IT WORKS
- Set your bedtime and wake-up time once
- Everything sleeps except the essentials, or pick only the apps that keep you up
- Keep apps asleep for up to 90 minutes after waking, so mornings start phone-free
- Notifications from sleeping apps stay quiet until morning
- Get a heads-up 60 and 15 minutes before bedtime
- Once the lock starts, tonight's settings can't be changed, so there is no talking yourself out of it
ALWAYS ON
Calls always ring through, including WhatsApp calls. Your phone app, messages, clock and alarms, maps and cab apps, UPI and bank apps, and sleep and music apps never sleep. You can allow any other app in one tap.

Every morning you see how long you stayed off the phone and which apps tried to pull you back. A night counts when the lock stayed on until morning. One night off a week keeps your streak safe.
AN HONEST EMERGENCY UNLOCK
Really need an app at night? Once a night, wait 30 seconds and type a sentence to open one app for 5 minutes. It resets your streak, so it stays a real emergency.

PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED
- Usage access: to see when a sleeping app opens during your bedtime window. This stays on your phone.
- Display over other apps: to show the bedtime lock screen.
- Run in background (battery optimisation off): to keep the lock running all night, so it starts and ends on time.
- Notification access: to silence notifications from sleeping apps during the lock. Calls always come through.
- Notifications: for bedtime reminders, the good-morning recap, and a warning if the lock can't start.
Bedlock does not use the Accessibility service.
